CABTSG Membership

The companion animal behaviour therapy study group exists to encourage development and promote understanding of veterinary behaviour. With this aim in mind the group seeks to encourage membership from a wide range of professionals who work or have experience or interest in this field.

Our current membership includes veterinary surgeons, veterinary nurses, psychologists, trainers and students and we are keen to expand this to encourage the exchange of knowledge and ideas both between our members and those whom we work with. Discussion between members primarily takes place through the CABTSG forum and in a more formal setting through the newsletters and seminars which the group arranges on a regular basis and which are open to members at a discounted rate.

The annual CABTSG study day is held every year to coincide with the BSAVA congress and continues to prove an invaluable route for presenting new ideas and research developments to our members. CABTSG subscription also enables our members to receive postal delivery of the Journal of Veterinary Behaviour at a significantly discounted rate. If you are interested in CABTSG subscription please complete the membership application form and send it to .

We hope to hear from you soon!
